Finnish National Gallery
The Finnish National Gallery comprises three museums located in the heart of Helsinki. Ateneum Art Museum has the largest collection of Finnish masterpieces, spanning the period 1750s to 1960s. The collection includes works by Akseli Gallen-Kallela, Helene Schjerfbeck and Albert Edelfelt. At the Sinebrychoff Art Museum one can find the works of the Old Masters, whereas the Museum of Contemporary Art, Kiasma, exhibits art since the 1960s. |
